The app also lets you view your trend graphs and charts, and share as needed with your family, caregivers, or healthcare professionals. The OMRON Connect app works with select iOS and Android devices (visit OmronHealthcare.com / connectfor compatibility), as well as with Amazon Alexa-enabled devices using the OMRON Health Skill.
Other features include OMRON-exclusive UltraSilent Inflation, so measurements can be taken quietly and discreetly. Our Heart Zone Guidance technology helps to guide your wrist to the proper position (at heart level), helping to get a more precise reading, while the Advanced Averaging feature automatically averages up to your last three readings taken within the last 10 minutes for a more accurate picture of your heart’s health.
The OMRON 7 Series Wrist blood pressure monitor also detects irregular heartbeats, body movement, and the Hypertension Indicator will alert you if your systolic (upper) measurement is 130 mmHg or above and/or your diastolic (lower) measurement is 80 mmHg or above.
Also optimizing your measurement experience is the OMRON Cuff Wrap Guide included with this monitor, which alerts you if the cuff is wrapped too loosely on your wrist. The monitor fits adult wrists from 5.3” to 8.5” in circumference. A storage case included to help keep your monitor protected.

What the Numbers Mean
Understanding your readings is easy with the Omron 3 SERIES blood pressure monitor. The easy-to-read screen displays your readings in large font and labels each number with a tab along the side.
Systolic Pressure is the top number on the display. It's the pressure created as your heart contracts to pump blood throughout the body.
Diastolic Pressure is the bottom number on the display. It's the pressure between beats, when your heart relaxes.
These numbers combine to give you your blood pressure reading (systolic over diastolic pressure).
Blood Pressure Tips:
Your blood pressure numbers often change. For instance, your blood pressure in the morning can be significantly different than at night, when you visit a doctor's office, or after exercising. By using an Omron blood pressure monitor at home, you're able to detect changes in your blood pressure any time you want.
To ensure an accurate reading, do not measure your blood pressure within 30 minutes of:
Exercising
Eating
Smoking
Drinking Alcohol
Bathing
Be sure to place the Omron blood pressure arm cuff on your left arm and sit quietly for a few minutes with both feet flat on the floor. Wrap cuff around upper arm and rest arm on table so cuff is level with your heart. Press start, and the cuff will inflate. Review your results in about 20-30 seconds.
