I had one of your these same heating pads for almost 20 years!
Only reason I had to get rid of it was because part of the cord came apart from natural wear, I assume.
This is a great product.

I have a different version of this product which I love. My bad, either it's changed or I ordered the wrong one...but if you have arthritis and are using a heating pad, you don't want to have to hold down the switch the entire time you are using it. My thumb is now in agony in addition to my other aches and pains. Don't know if the other one which has a choice of temperature with a simple switch and also has automatic shutoff is available, but don't get this one. It is a total waste of money and these things aren't cheap.

I ordered a heating pad from this company several weeks ago. I never received a shipping notification and never received the pad. I was told it had been delivered because UPS sent them an email saying it had been delivered. I have been using these heating pads for over 30 years and have ordered many of them. I’ve never had a problem-ever. I receive packages from Amazon and other places almost daily. No problem. This company bears no responsibility for the fact that I paid for a pad and DID NOT receive what I paid for.

My old thermophore stopped working after 10 years. It had a timer on it and would turn off after about 10 minutes, which was great. This one I have to hold the switch down the whole time I want it to heat. Not what I had wanted, but I didn't think to check before I ordered. It does work great and it is nice and long. I am grateful for this one! Fast delivery, too!

I would have given it a 5, but you have to hold down the switch to get it to heat which I think is ridiculous. The pad itself was wonderfully made but it needs a switch that will stay on with a high, medium and low setting.

I was in a accident and needed moist heat. I decided to Google American made heating pads. (We were in the beginning of the Covid 19) Buying from USA, is important! I love the quality! I was just what I needed! I plan to order them for gifts for my adult kids for Christmas!

For everyone that gave this heating pad a good review is lying. Yes, it heats and does the job but this model itself is the most stupid design ever. The cord is not long enough for you to lye in bed to use it. You literally have to lay on the floor to use this thing. Again, the cord is not long enough for you to press the trigger unless you are very short person. The heating pad has a trigger on it. You cannot set a timer on this model heating pad or press a button for it to stay on at all. You "LITERALLY" have to hold the trigger button on this dumb model heating pad. Why in the world would my doctor prescribe me this heating pad. This is a very annoying heating pad for the simple fact you cannot press the button and forget or set a timer, or set a heating temperature. I'm giving this a zero star because that's how stupid this machine is. I had to give this a rating because I cannot give it a zero star. UGH!!!

I’ve been using this heating pad for 40 years. The only thing I don’t like is the new cord. It’s a little too heavy

I should have got one that is a little shorter. I like it. My third or fourth one.
Great for back pain relief.

This is probably my fifth purchase of the original model. It is much improved with the new larger cord. The last one survived about three years until I dropped the deadman switch and broke it. I am disappointed that the company does not repair the cord any longer, but this did not deter me from buying a new one. I have suffered with fibromyalgia for over 30 years and this heating pad provides comfort and relief, as well as relief from arthritis. I can't live without it and recommend it highly.

The thermophore was a gift for my wife and she loves it. We had a small one that is at least 20 years old and not working as well as it once did which is understandable. I surprised her with the large one and it is awesome. Service from heart rate monitors was great. Their price was better than most other places and it arrived on time and as described. I paid a small amount for two day shipping and got it in time for Christmas. Based on my experience I would recommend them as a great place to do business.

My physical therapist recommended your product. I have been using it often for the last 2 years. This past Thanksgiving my son was up from Virginia doing all kinds of chores for me. At the end of the day he was having some uncomfortable cramping around his right shoulder area. He asked if I had a heating pad. By the next morning he was feeling so much better and asked where I had purchased my "amazing 'long' heating pad?" He is a slim 6' 4" and has never owned a a heating pad that was large enough to be comfortable for his size. Well, he got one for Christmas and he is absolutely thrilled.

I have one and,purchased one for my mother for Christmas. She loves hers as well too.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my mom. She turned 92 in November. She had one very similar to this, that was given to her years ago and it finally just stopped working. I made it my mission to find her a suitable replacement. According to Mom, I did a good job.

I had one before and I needed a new one I loved the first one but needed that new one they don’t last forever.

I purchased one of these moist heat pads about 10 years ago. It finally gave out on me just before my vacation. I called and spoke with Jackie at their Pennsylvania office. She was extremely professional and Knowledgeable during our call. When all was in order she had the new pad delivered to my vacation address in New Jersey and when we arrived two days later it was already inside our door.
