How does the Wearable n trade-in program work?
Our trade-in program lets you upgrade your current used wearable watch while receiving credit for your current device. Simply submit your watch model and condition using our instant quote tool. Once you accept your quote and purchase your new watch, you ship your trade-in device to us. After we inspect and confirm the condition, your trade credit is finalized.
How do I get a trade-in quote?
You can receive an instant quote using our online trade-in calculator (Located on every product that is eligible). Just select from the list of models and condition. If your model is not listed, contact us at sales@hrmusainc.com and we can manually review it for eligibility.
Why should I trade in my watch instead of selling it myself?
Our trade-in program helps you avoid common resale hassles such as marketplace listing fees (which can average 15–20%), fraud risks, buyer disputes, and long selling delays. Instead, you receive fast trade-in credit applied toward your upgrade, processed as a refund to your original payment method after your device is received and inspected. Plus, you can upgrade with confidence knowing your new device is purchased from an authorized retailer and backed by full manufacturer warranty support.
Can my trade-in value exceed the price of my new watch?
Trade in values cannot exceed purchase price.

How Trade-In Credit Scales With Your Upgrade

Trade-in credit is capped at up to 50% of the price of your new watch purchase. Upgrading to a higher-performance device may allow for greater trade-in savings.

Entry-Level Upgrade Example

New Watch Purchase: $200

Maximum Trade Credit: Up to $100 (50% cap)

Example summary: a $200 purchase has a maximum trade-in credit of up to $100.

Same trade-in device — lower upgrade tier

Performance Upgrade Example

New Watch Purchase: $500

Maximum Trade Credit: Up to $250 (50% cap)

Example summary: a $500 purchase has a maximum trade-in credit of up to $250.

Higher upgrade tier may unlock greater savings opportunities

Actual trade-in value depends on device model, condition, and market demand. Final credit is confirmed after inspection.

Why do I need to factory reset my watch before trade-in?
Factory resetting your device protects your personal information and ensures the watch can be properly tested, refurbished, or recycled. Devices that arrive locked, account-linked, or containing personal data may delay processing or result in reduced trade-in value.
What happens if I decide not to send my trade-in watch?
If your trade-in device is not received within the required timeframe, your trade-in credit may be canceled. Due to market conditions and pricing fluctuations, we ask that your trade-in device be received within 10 business days of completing the checkout process.
Do I have to send my old watch before buying the new one?
No. You can complete your new watch purchase first using the estimated trade value. Your trade in value will be linked to your order for post purchase refund back to original payment method.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Program Description

The HRM USA Inc. Trade-In Program (“Program”) permits a customer (“Customer”) to purchase a new device from HRM USA Inc. (“HRM”) and submit one (1) eligible used GPS watch (“Trade-In Device”) in exchange for a post-inspection trade-in refund.

Participation in the Program constitutes the Customer’s affirmative acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Honor System; Accuracy of Representations

The Program operates on an honor system. At checkout, the Customer represents and warrants that the condition selected for the Trade-In Device is accurate, complete, and truthful.

HRM reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the actual condition, completeness, and eligibility of any Trade-In Device upon physical inspection.

Any of the following constitutes Program abuse:

  • Failure to return a Trade-In Device

  • Material misrepresentation of device condition

  • Submission of an incomplete device

  • Repeated inaccurate condition selections

  • Failure to reasonably evaluate the Trade-In Device prior to submission

Such abuse wastes Program resources and may result in immediate denial of trade-in value and permanent disqualification (blacklisting) from this and any future HRM trade-in programs, at HRM’s sole discretion.

3. Trade-In Process

  1. Customer purchases a new  device from HRM (full payment required at checkout).

  2. Customer selects a Trade-In Device condition to receive an estimated trade-in value.

  3. Customer must factory reset the Trade-In Device and remove all personal data, accounts, PINs, and activation locks.

  4. Customer must return the Trade-In Device with all chargers and accessories originally included. Manufacturer packaging is not required.

  5. Customer ships the Trade-In Device to HRM using UPS or FedEx. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

  6. HRM inspects the Trade-In Device to determine final eligibility and value.

  7. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following inspection.

4. Trade-In Valuation

All trade-in values displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Final trade-in value is determined solely by HRM following inspection. HRM may reduce or deny trade-in value if the Trade-In Device:

  • Does not match the condition selected

  • Is missing required chargers or accessories

  • Is incomplete, damaged, altered, or non-functional beyond the selected condition

  • Is locked, unrecoverable, or otherwise non-compliant

Devices that are materially misrepresented or non-compliant may receive a $0 trade-in value.

5. Adjustment Notification & Limited Return Option

If HRM assigns an adjusted trade-in value, Customer will be notified.

Customer has three (3) business days from notification to request the return option, which consists of:

  • Returning the newly purchased device for a refund, and

  • HRM returning the Trade-In Device to the Customer.

Failure to respond within three (3) business days constitutes acceptance of the adjusted trade-in value, which becomes final and non-appealable.

6. Transfer of Ownership; Disposal Rights

Upon completion of the trade-in transaction including acceptance of the final trade-in value or expiration of the response period described in Section 5 the Trade-In Device becomes the sole and exclusive property of HRM USA Inc.

Once ownership transfers:

  • The Trade-In Device will not be returned to the Customer, except under the limited return option expressly described above

  • HRM may resell, refurbish, recycle, destroy, or otherwise dispose of the Trade-In Device at its sole discretion, without further notice or obligation to the Customer

The Customer irrevocably waives any ownership interest, claim, or right to the Trade-In Device after completion of the transaction.

7. Program Limitations

  • One (1) Trade-In Device per transaction

  • Trade-in value may not exceed the purchase price of the new device

  • No cash back or over-refunds permitted

  • Refunds issued only after inspection and approval

  • HRM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered inbound shipments

Risk of loss for inbound Trade-In Devices remains with the Customer until received by HRM.

9. Data Security & Device Requirements

Customer is solely responsible for removing all personal data prior to shipment. HRM assumes no responsibility or liability for data remaining on submitted devices.

Trade-In Devices received with activation locks, accounts, or security restrictions may be deemed ineligible for trade-in value.

10. No Guarantee of Program Availability

The Program is offered at HRM’s discretion and does not create a contractual obligation to accept future trade-ins.

11. Right to Modify or Terminate

HRM USA Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including after a purchase but prior to receipt of a Trade-In Device, subject to applicable law.

12. Non-Combinability of Offers

The Trade-In Program may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupon codes, promotional pricing, bundle offers, price-match adjustments, or incentives of any kind, whether offered by HRM USA Inc. or any third party, unless expressly stated in writing by HRM USA Inc.

HRM USA Inc. reserves the right to deny, adjust, or revoke trade-in value or promotional benefits if a transaction is found to have used an ineligible promotion or discount in combination with the Program.
