Omron BP7360 7 Series Bluetooth Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor
Screen for AFib with every blood pressure reading. Easy-Wrap ComFit cuff, 120-reading memory for 2 users, Bluetooth, 5-year warranty. Omron’s best value for AFib detection.
Our Take: The BP7360 is the sweet spot in Omron’s lineup. At $87.43, it’s the most affordable Omron monitor with AFib Screening Technology — the feature that automatically checks for atrial fibrillation with every reading. You also get a pre-formed ComFit cuff (far more forgiving than D-ring cuffs), 120-reading memory for 2 users, guest mode, advanced averaging, and a 5-year warranty. It shares the same AFib algorithm, cuff, and warranty as the $99.99 BP7465. What you give up for that $12.56 savings: TruRead auto-averaging, the backlit dual display, morning hypertension indicator, 80 fewer readings of memory, and the included AC adapter. If AFib screening is your priority and you don’t need TruRead, the BP7360 is the clear pick. If you want every feature with no compromises, the BP7465 (10 Series) at $99.99 is worth the upgrade.
Why you’d choose this monitor
- Screens for atrial fibrillation with every blood pressure reading using machine-learning algorithms (95% sensitivity, 98% specificity). Only one measurement needed. Provides weekly average of possible AFib events. Available on 7 Series and 10 Series only.
- Pre-formed cuff inflates 360° around the arm for accurate readings at any position. Fits arm circumferences 9″–17″ (22–42 cm). More forgiving of cuff placement errors than D-ring cuffs used on the 3 and 5 Series.
- Stores 120 total readings split between 2 user profiles (60 per user). Guest mode available for one-time readings without saving. Bluetooth syncs to OMRON connect app for unlimited cloud storage.
- Omron-exclusive technology measures 5× more data points than previous models. Minimizes the impact of breathing and movement on readings for more consistent, precise blood pressure measurements.
- Displays the average of your last 3 stored readings for a more reliable picture of your blood pressure trends. Also includes irregular heartbeat count that detects up to 3 irregular beats during measurement.
- Industry-leading 5-year manufacturer warranty on the monitor (1 year on the cuff). Double the warranty of the 3 Series and 5 Series models (2 years). Backed by Omron’s reputation as the #1 doctor-recommended brand.
- Wirelessly syncs readings to the free OMRON connect app. Unlimited cloud storage, customizable trend graphs, and easy sharing with your doctor. Compatible with select iOS and Android devices.
- Listed on the AMA/AHA Validated Device Listing (VDL) for clinical accuracy. Meets accuracy standards for home blood pressure monitoring. Oscillometric upper arm measurement for reliable systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings.

What is the difference between the BP7360 (7 Series) and BP7150 (3 Series)?
The BP7360 ($87.43) adds AFib Screening, advanced averaging, irregular heartbeat count, ComFit cuff, 120-reading memory for 2 users, guest mode, and a 5-year warranty. What replacement cuffs are compatible with the Omron BP7360?
The BP7360 uses a pre-formed Easy-Wrap ComFit cuff. The replacement is the HEM-FL31-B (9″–17″ / 22–42 cm). The BP7360 is NOT compatible with D-ring cuffs (HEM-RML31-B), the small D-ring cuff (HEM-CS24-B), or the extra-large cuff (HEM-RXL31-B, BP9310T only). Always verify cuff compatibility before purchasing.
Does the BP7360 support an AC adapter?
Yes, the BP7360 supports the optional HEM-ADPTW5 AC adapter, sold separately. The monitor runs on 4 AA batteries (included in the box). Unlike the BP7465 (10 Series), the AC adapter is not included — you need to purchase it separately if you want plug-in convenience.
What is AFib Screening and how does it work?
AFib Screening Technology automatically checks for atrial fibrillation (AFib) during every blood pressure reading. AFib is the most common type of irregular heartbeat and a leading risk factor for stroke. The BP7360 uses machine-learning algorithms with 95% sensitivity and 98% specificity. Only one measurement is needed for screening. The monitor also provides a weekly average of possible AFib events detected. AFib screening is available on the BP7360 (7 Series) and BP7465 (10 Series) only.
Can two people use the BP7360?
Yes. The BP7360 stores 120 readings split between 2 user profiles (60 readings per user). Each user gets their own stored history. There is also a guest mode that takes a one-time reading without saving it to either profile. The BP7465 (10 Series) stores 200 readings for 2 users (100 per user). The BP7255 and BP7150 are single-user only.
