Omron BP7150 Bluetooth 3 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor

America’s #1 selling blood pressure monitor. One-touch operation, Bluetooth app syncing, Advanced Accuracy, and clinically validated readings at the lowest price in Omron’s connected lineup.

Our Take: The BP7150 is the simplest, most affordable way to get Omron’s clinically validated accuracy with Bluetooth app syncing. At $57.83, you get one-touch operation, Advanced Accuracy Technology (5× more data points), irregular heartbeat detection, hypertension and body movement alerts, and wireless syncing to the free OMRON connect app. It’s America’s #1 selling blood pressure monitor for a reason: it does the basics right without overwhelming you with features you may not need. What you give up at this price: no advanced averaging (you’ll see individual readings, not a 3-reading average), a basic irregular heartbeat indicator (yes/no, not a count), 14-reading on-device memory (lowest in the lineup), and a 2-year warranty. If you want more data from each reading, the BP7255 (5 Series) at $69.99 adds averaging and heartbeat count for $12.16 more. If AFib screening matters, the BP7360 (7 Series) at $87.43 is the entry point. But if you want reliable, connected monitoring at the lowest price, the BP7150 is the clear starting point.

BP7150 — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the BP7150 (3 Series) and BP7255 (5 Series)?

The BP7255 ($69.99) adds advanced averaging (displays the average of your last 3 readings), an irregular heartbeat counter that shows the number of irregular beats detected (up to 3, vs a basic indicator on the 3 Series), and 60-reading memory (vs 14). Both share Bluetooth, Advanced Accuracy, a D-ring cuff, hypertension indicator, and body movement detection. The BP7255 is $12.16 more but gives you 4× more stored readings and more meaningful heartbeat data.

What is the difference between the BP7150 (3 Series) and BP7360 (7 Series)?

The BP7360 ($87.43) adds AFib Screening Technology, advanced averaging, irregular heartbeat count, a pre-formed Easy-Wrap ComFit cuff (vs D-ring), 120-reading memory for 2 users (vs 14 for 1 user), guest mode, and a 5-year warranty (vs 2 years). The BP7360 is $29.60 more but is a significant upgrade in features, memory, and warranty.

What is the difference between the BP7150 (3 Series) and BP7465 (10 Series)?

The BP7465 ($99.99) adds AFib Screening, TruRead auto-averaging, backlit dual display, ComFit cuff, 200-reading memory for 2 users, morning hypertension indicator, included AC adapter, and a 5-year warranty. The BP7465 is $42.16 more but includes every feature in Omron’s consumer lineup.

What replacement cuffs are compatible with the Omron BP7150?

The BP7150 uses a wide-range D-ring cuff. Compatible replacements: HEM-RML31-B (Wide Range, 9″–17″ / 22–42 cm, included with monitor) and HEM-CS24-B (Small, 7″–9″ / 17–22 cm). The BP7150 is NOT compatible with Easy-Wrap ComFit cuffs (HEM-FL31-B, used by BP7360 and BP7465) or the extra-large cuff (HEM-RXL31-B, BP9310T only).

Does the BP7150 support an AC adapter?

Yes, the BP7150 supports the optional HEM-ADPTW5 AC adapter, sold separately. The monitor runs on 4 AA batteries (not included in the box). If you want an AC adapter included, the BP7465 (10 Series) is the only consumer Omron monitor that includes one in the box.

How many readings can the BP7150 store?

The BP7150 stores up to 14 readings for 1 user on the device. This is the smallest on-device memory in Omron’s current connected lineup. For unlimited storage, sync readings to the free OMRON connect app via Bluetooth. If you need more on-device memory, the BP7255 stores 60, the BP7360 stores 120 (2 users), and the BP7465 stores 200 (2 users).

Is the BP7150 clinically validated?

Yes. The BP7150 is listed on the AMA/AHA Validated Device Listing (VDL) for clinical accuracy. It uses oscillometric upper arm measurement and Omron’s Advanced Accuracy Technology, which measures 5× more data points than previous models. It is also registered with the FDA as a medical device and is FSA/HSA eligible.
