Perfectly weighted and gives a great amount of heat. Gives a greater feeling/ penetration of heat when the moist cloth is added.

The cover for this one needs to be of a different material. The heat does not come through well with the cover on it. I have to remove it in order to get the full effect of the heating pad.

I usually purchase them directly Battle Creek Michigan. Found the same product cheeper here. I've bought cheaper pads in the pass, but was never satisfied except with my Themorpore Heating Pad. My husband needs a Pad for his Spinek and Neck titanium implants. He loves it. I generally replace it every 2-3 years without reservations or concern of costs. We love our pad and use it between he and me every other day!!!

On March 5,2018 WE returned both models because of their Canvas Covers for we expected FLEECE COVERS of which we had used for over "30YEARS" Who ever suggested canvas covers should have their HEAD EXAMINED!The idea to possibly save manufacturing cost destroyed an other words acceptable product.WE contacted Thermophore's home office and they had already recognized their problem from other "Recent Complaints"....We received credit of $138.31 from your company!Good Luck................

I use this performing massages for my clients. It really helps soften tight muscles. Wish timer was longer than 25 mins and cord was longer to better position it for larger clients.

I love HRM USA, they are a great place to shop with really great prices but As my title says I wouldn't ever buy another Thermaphore product, they don't stand behind their product, if you have an issure and call Battle Creek Equipment which is the manufacturer of the Thermaphore the ladies who work their are RUDE, NASTY AND VERY UNHELPFUL! Save your money and buy another brand!!

This is the first heating pad I've ever had that does moist heat as well as dry and it greatly helps with my pain. The only thing I would change about it is having it stay on longer before the automatic shut off, but I think all heating pads do that nowadays.

This heating pad is the largest you will probably ever find. I have owned Thermaphore's since my initial back injury in 1986. My parents and Nana z"l had Thermaphores already. I knew it was the heating pad to get for myself automatically. It is the only one I know that provides a moist heat type of heat which is best for inflammation and muscle tightness. They also have a warranty based on serial number on the heating pad. Pads can be replaced or repaired. If you are no longer under the two or three year warranty, your pad can be repaired at a much lower price than replacement costs. I am a very heavy user of all three of my Thermaphore's, so I have needed to pay for repair before to get a pad fixed outside the warranty. Definitely the ONLY heating pad to select. Heart Rate Monitors has the absolute best prices on these heating pads. I bought one for a friend nine months ago and paid much more for that one. Good luck!

I highly recommend this brand, it is my 9th purchase of Thermophore Moist Heat Pad, this model has a new timer switch which is a big improvement - hopefully this new design withstands daily use (the older model on/off squeeze switch broke apart or the connection wiring failed after using it several years).

I like the way you do not have to hold the button, set it and good to go.

When it works there's nothing like it. This is about my fifth one since having multiple surgeries.pain meds help many areas but not the torn rotator cuffs in my shoulders. Nothing has helped but the thermaphore,which I use every night. Unfortunately, it seems there may be a loose connection or something in the on off switch. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have not sent it back because
I need it too much right now. When it works, it is the best heating pad on the market.

Well this is the perfect size to get all of those sore sports included so you don't have to fuss with moving your heating pad around.
