My PT recommended this belt and I was able to become more independent almost immediately. I have a ruptured disc in my L5-S1 and was still having trouble walking longer distances and bending to do chores. It also helps when I need to do core training later in the day and my body has already been fatigued from other activities. This has helped so much and it even came sooner than expected.

This belt is a godsend

I have been dealing with back issues for 3 plus years. XRays and MRIs showed I have hip issues and some lumbar stenosis. Back pain can be very difficult to diagnose the source. SI is the culprit. I found a great Physical Therapist who has me on a great program. She recommended the Serola Belt. It makes a big difference in my day combined with my therapy. I am a Nurse. It’s really helpful to get me through my day!

At age 75, I have a history of acute back injuries. Since I started wearing my first Serola belt about 6 years ago, its benefits have been almost magical. It supports a level of mobility and lifting capacity I would otherwise lack. It actually still works fine, though a little worn from constant use. Uncomfortable and didn't help with my pain

I have SI joint instability, which was worsened by spine surgery and then two pregnancies. This belt was strongly recommended by my physical therapist. I was hesitant but ended up buying from heartratemonitorsusa instead of from Amazon.com. I'm really glad I did that. It was cheaper and was delivered really, really quick! The company sent me notifications upon ordering, dispatch and delivery. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this site to anyone looking for an SI belt.

This wonderful belt gives my SI joint the stability I need to keep my pain at a wonderful minimum! I have tried several other belts but this one is by far the best. Very good belt and well made. It is better than any other I looked at.

I never knew just how much my hip stabilization meant to my overall health. The belt doesn't shift or ride up when I run or cycle. Sitting for a prolonged period of time (whether on the couch, chair or driving) while wearing the belt helps when I get up to stand. Before the belt, I would have an outward groan upon standing and would need to stretch. There is a tremendous difference in how my body feels overall. I get fewer headaches because I'm stronger in my upper body when I wear the belt. The velcro is very strong and doesn't fray which keeps the tight hold on the hips, plus the elastic straps can be pulled for a tighter hold and keeps a firm grip on the outer portion of the belt. I've already had two people inquire about this belt and have purchased one for themselves.
The belt seems at first to be too simple and perhaps give a placebo effect. After some time, you realize the difference, especially when you forget to wear it. It's not meant to be something you have to wear forever. Typically, after about six months of somewhat continual wear, your body will no longer need the help. However, I'm sure that even after that time has passed, using it when I need to sit for a long time will prove to be a necessary tool in helping with lessening the painful effects of such sedentary activity. I feel the same is true with strenuous activity as well. The belt is essential to keeping a healthy alignment.

Bought SI joint belt to try and get some relief from inflamed SI joint pain so far haven't used enough to make a judgement to pass on to people thinking of buying this belt for SI joint pain relief this is a good quality made item I can tell you that
