I ordered 24 and 4 of them didn't work opening them out of the box.

Nice product, great price point. The residents enjoyed tracking their steps. However it would have been nice if it was just a step counter. The other information was not necessary or our causes. Would purchase again.

I purchased the item. It was guaranteed on a Thursday. Didn’t come til afternoon on Friday. Had to go to sports store to buy other ones because the shipping was too slow
I saw these online and the price was perfect for the 100 I had to buy for a steps competition for a senior living community. Unfortunately, by the third week into the completion about 75% of the participants turned in their pedometers because they stopped work properly or all together. The price was great and it shipped fast but it turned out to just be a waste of money. I’m very disappointed, especially since I suggested others to buy from this website.
We purchased 50 pedometers for a walking challenge at our school. We wanted every person to have the same device to be fair because we were making it into this big contest with teams, etc. Most of the pedometers did NOT work and many teachers gave up while others had a Fitbit or Apple Watch to use. I was planning on contacting customer service for a refund because our contest is basically ruined because of this defective device. I am VERY disappointed. Yes, they were very inexpensive, but they should still work! Don't sell it if it is defective.
We purchased 200 Pedometers for a local Assisted Living Community and upon the arrival after being issued to the residents, we have found that half of these Pedometers do not work. I plan to work with the distributor to get this matter rectified. The Inside Sales Team were fantastic and made sure to accommodate the specific order request along with the expedited shipping process.

These pedometers were purchased for an elementary school jog-a-thon and they were great! A few of the reset buttons did not work and you do need to move pretty vigorously to register each step but worked well for our purpose! Also loved that they arrived on 1 business day!
I contact HRM to purchase monitors for my Step Club members. The process was smooth, customer service was extraordinary and the product was exactly what we needed.
This is the cheapest for a reason. They are extremely small, uncomfortable, noisy and hard to put on. They don't stretch out enough. I bought 75 for an assisted living and after a few days they quit wearing them. I only handed out 20 so I still have a box of these. Do yourself a favor and buy the ones that cost more. The rep I spoke to from this company made them sound good.
Exactly what we needed!
We were shipped the wrong color, which meant the pedometers didn't match the "school spirit" event we handed them out for. It was a big disappointment.
First and only order I will make with this organization. When I called to inquire about the pedometer I asked about the quality to make sure that it was something my clients could use and would work. Received a call from the client that the employees were complaining because they would not even work coming out of the box. Called the company and got little satisfaction how to return them and then the customer service agent informed me that I had a low-quality pedometer. I would've rather spent a little bit more money and had something the clients would have appreciated.

Cheap plastic and some are not registering steps.
We were very excited to use these with our 5th graders for our health PBL unit. Unfortunately most of them did not last very long at all. Some lost the little reset buttons, and just fell apart.

The pedometers reset to easy. Screen didn't work on some.
My issue isn't so much with the product itself, but the barrage of unnecessary emails that followed. I even had to block the company from being able to message me on Facebook.
