A Heart-y Smoothie Recipe
1 banana
1 orange, peeled and deseeded
2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup avocado
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
ice cubes
In a blender, blend together all of the ingredients until creamy. You may need to pulse gradually to get the desired consistency.
