If you have already placed an order for less than 600 pedometers, water bottles, or other imprint able items. (if more than 600, click on green box below), and are now ready to start the imprint process, please follow the steps below:

1. Place your imprint fee order (above),

2. Submit your artwork to us in one of these file types:
.pdf or .jpeg (high res) or .eps or .tiff. or .doc to artwork@hrmusainc.com,
Please include a contact name, phone number with area code and best time to call with your attached artwork.

3. We email you a digital proof,

4. You approve the proof,

5. We print it within 1-3 business days,

6. We send it out to you with FREE 1-5 day delivery (Mon-Fri).

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once the artwork has been approved, the order will print and generally ship within 1-3 days. Larger orders may take a few additional days.

Is there any additional discounts on the print fees for a really large order?
Certain models, over 5000 units, can be printed in a factory overseas for a much lower print cost. The time frame on an order this size can take 4-10 weeks depending on availability.

Defective products
If one of your products is defective within your order, we will replace that defective product (see the Return Policy), but it will not have an imprint.
