This complete weather station comes equipped with outdoor sensors that operate on solar power, which provides easy installation. This station also has seven channels and accepts up to three additional sensors.

Main unit - WMR968
gives you all the readings and controls. It should be placed indoors.

Anemometer - WGR968
measures wind speed and direction

Thermo-hygrometer (solar powered) - THGR968
measures outdoor temperature and humidity

Rain gauge (self-emptying, solar powered) - RGR968
measures the total amount and rate of rainfall

Baro-thermo-hygrometer - BTHR968
measures the atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity and features an on-board touch screen LCD screen

12V AC adapter

4 AA batteries for base unit

4 x AAA batteries for BTHR indoor sensor

2 x AA batteries for backup (not included) for use Solar powered remote sensors

The Oregon Scientific WMR-968 is very susceptible to Ham transmitters on the 440 MHz band. I have had to replace two transmitters that stopped working when my beam was turned towards the Anemometer transmitter. I would not mount it within 100’ of any transmitting antenna.
